Rebecca Semsey, DVM
Dr. Rebecca Semsey brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to veterinary medicine, paired with a genuine love for connecting with both pets and their people. A 2026 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, she has special interests in primary care, integrative medicine, and dermatology - areas that allow her to build lasting relationships while helping pets thrive at every stage of life.
Dr. Semsey has a unique and diverse background. While she was born in Hong Kong, most of her childhood was spent in Montgomery, AL. With a unique ancestry of mixed Thai and Caucasian, her background and experiences help shape her warm, open-minded approach to patient care and client communication.
At home, Dr. Semsey is kept on her toes by her two beloved pets: Dobby, a sweet but playful medium mixed-breed dog, and Sara Ann, a long-haired cat with plenty of personality. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her caring for her aquariums, playing video games, window shopping, or crafting the perfect pun - something she’s always ready to share with clients and coworkers alike.
